We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product director to help us produce groundbreaking digital products that empower our global community. This position is open to campaigners across Canada.

About the Company:

In early 2023, we celebrated a decade of success with a relaunch of our platform. The new Moving2Canada offers a substantiated stoner experience to help our community design their own trip to success in Canada with confidence. Backed by civil government subventions, our disruptive product is set to reshape the assiduity.

Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end product lifecycle processes for digital products, from research to launch and iteration as a product manager.

Enhance user experience to drive conversion, engagement, and growth.

Define success metrics aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams on product strategy as a product.

Use user feedback and data analysis to prioritize product improvements as a product manager.

Leverage research to translate customer needs into clear requirements and iterate rapidly as a product manager.

Launch effective marketing communication plans in collaboration with other departments.

Conduct market and industry analysis to support our mission as a product manager.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager.

Strong UX fundamentals.

Proven success in developing product strategy.

Experience scaling products through continuous learning and iteration.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to draw insights from data.

Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for emerging technology.

Enthusiasm for serving newcomers’ needs.

Experience with Salesforce.

Familiarity with newcomer audiences or subject matters.

Personal experience as a newcomer to Canada or living in a different country.
